I have a Sprint Mogul and the Animated Themes 4.0 work just fine on my Mogul. I bought the Mega Pack and almost all of them come up scrambled rather than alligned on the today screen. It does not look good at all. What is worse is when i choose any other stand alone static them, my memory is around 70%. However when I choose animated, nothing running my memory usage is 90%.
 
Anything known on these two issues? I tried writing your support site; however nothing back after a few days. My email client does not have anything blocked for your domain or address, nor does my ISP. I get plenty of email in my spam folder when it does arrive/get through. So I should be able to see your response on this site or via email.
 
Please either let me know how I can do a refund or fix the issue.
